Discover the authenticity of Italian cuisine by joining a cooking class in the heart of Rome. The activity takes place on an exclusive terrace of the 4-star Hotel 77, where you can admire the Roman skyline while preparing traditional recipes alongside a professional Chef.
Organized by Maison D’Art Collection in collaboration with Chef Gourmet, a school specialized in culinary and pastry arts, this experience offers you the chance to learn how to make fresh homemade pasta, traditional sauces, and enjoy everything you cook in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
The lesson includes dough preparation, the creation of various pasta shapes, and cooking with sauce pairing. Each participant will have their own workstation and will be actively involved throughout the entire class. The final moment is dedicated to tasting the dishes, accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine.

The Chef will guide participants on a visit to the Via Cesare Balbo market, near the hotel, to shop together for fresh ingredients. After the market visit, you'll return to the terrace for the cooking session and tasting.
